We've written a longer piece on exactly what the two restaurant tiers cost and why. This one skips the explanation and gets straight to the decision.
The one question that actually decides it
Do you want customers to be able to order and pay from their own phone, without a waiter taking the order verbally? If yes, you want Business. If no — you just want a clean, professional digital menu and your waiters keep taking orders the way they always have — you want Starter.
If you're still unsure, these push toward Business
- You're often short-staffed during a rush and want to free up waiter time.
- You want a floor plan, live table status, and auto-printed kitchen tickets, not just a menu.
- You're comfortable with a small card fee (3% + IQD 150) on orders customers place and pay for online — cash stays free either way.
These push toward Starter
- You want zero fees of any kind, guaranteed, with no exceptions.
- Your current order-taking process works fine and you just want the menu itself modernized.
- You're testing the waters before committing to a bigger operational change.
Either way, setup is free and the first month is free — if you pick one and it's wrong, switching tiers is a conversation, not a contract renegotiation.
